Care system facing crisis

Spokeswoman for Care UK Sheila Roberts remarked that the main challenge facing health providers is to offer “quality care and access to care“.  Follow this link, if you don’t believe me – click here and all will be revealed.

“Care staff need to be carefully chosen and trained to deliver a safe and compassionate service,” she added.

Well, strike me down with a feather!  But it may take more than one feather!!!

If Care UK is suggesting that “Care staff need to be carefully chosen and trained to deliver a safe and compassionate service“, I’d be sorely tempted to ask Care UK where their own learning curve has come from.

It’s almost as if Sheila Roberts – who is Care UK’s Press Officer – has suddenly learned something that Care UK didn’t know a while ago.

That can only be described as progress.  If Care UK is learning …. that’s ok by me.  About time too!!!!

I am speechless – almost~!
